1. ARE YOUR HOMES VAASTU COMPLIANT?

2. WHAT ARE THE SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE NEAR BY TO THIS PROJECT

Our project is strategically located amidst established social-cultural
infrastructure to mention a few:

  • HOSPITALS & HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS: Fortis, Apollo hospitals, Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Sagar hospital, Rainbow Children’s Hospital, RV Aster Hospital, etc.,

3. ARE ALL APPROVALS IN PLACE? WHICH BANKS ARE EXTENDING BANK
LOANS?

Yes, we have received all approvals from the concerned authorities
including BBMP.Also, many major financial institutions like PNB, ICICI, Axis, LICHFL, HDFC & other leading banks are providing home loans for our project.SUB-VENTION FACILITY AVAILABLE

4. Is the Project RERA Approved?

Yes, The Project is RERA approved.

5. EXPECTED TIME OF COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT

As per the RERA.

6. WHO CAN HELP ME RENT OUT OR SELL MY HOME IF I BUY WITH YOU –

We can help you with connecting to agencies who expertise in these
resale & renting businesses.

7. WHAT ARE THE SOURCES OF WATER?

By the time of project completion, we will have water from corporation
(BWSSB). Currently the project has 2 bore wells yielding excellent water;
we also have rain water harvesting system.

8. WILL YOU ALLOW MODIFICATIONS INSIDE THE APARTMENT?

No, we do not encourage modification, as the homes are efficiently
designed.

9. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF DOUBLE STACK CAR PARK?

8.2 feet x 18 feet x 14 feet (height)

10. WHAT IS THE CARPET AREA IN THE FLATS?

The Individual unit carpet area is mentioned in the Cost sheet

11. WHAT IS THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF LAND WHICH I GET?

0.43% of your SBA

12. WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?

The project is secured with 24/7 manned securities and CCTV
surveillance at all vantage points.

13. WILL THERE BE ANY TRANSFER FEES IF I TRANSFER THE FLAT BEFORE REGESTERING IT?

Yes, Rs. 300/- sft.

14. IF PROJECT IS DELAYED WHAT WILL BE THE PENALTY AMOUNT PAID?

The amount will be as per RERA Guidance.

15. WHAT IS THE CANCELATION CHARGES AFTER AGREEMENT?

10% of the total value of the apartment

16. WILL THE BUILDER PROVIDE OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE (OC) ISSUED BY BBMP FOR THE PROJECT?

Yes.

17. WILL YOU HANDOVER FLAT FOR INTERIORS?

Yes, Post Registration.

18. WHAT ABOUT CONSTRUCTION FINANCE?

We are adequately funded by Piramal Finance Limited.

19. What is the power back provided for each apartment?

There is 100% power back provided for each apartment.

20. What is the open space provided in the project?

We are providing 75% open space with landscaping.

21. What is the mode of construction implemented?

We are using column beam, RCC Framed Structure with Porotherm
blocks.
