Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Handling queries on agreement clauses.
- Taking care of Payment collections & Recovery.
- Maintaining the individual Client files with the required documents.
- Providing legal & builder documents to complete the process.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
- Sending Demand notices to Allottees
- Updating ERP
- Calculation of accounts payable by allottees
- Assist the customer with the loan formalities
- Advice customers with customizations in their flats
- Handling registration formalities in coordination with the legal team.
SKILLS:
- He Should possess very good knowledge in Verbal and Written skills of English
- Good in MS Word & Excel
- Basic knowledge of real estate, property and sales
